Join our team

as a System Admin

At JAM, we value people over process. Instead of focusing on rules,
roles and titles, we focus on hiring the right people. The result is a
more flexible, fun, creative and successful team.

Our values

These are the specific behaviours and skills we care about most.
The more these sound like you, the more likely you are to thrive here.

You strive to do what’s right, not what’s easy.

You’re eager to question things. That’s where opportunity lives.

You’re accountable, even when that means highlighting a mistake.

You set goals for yourself, and understand that success is modest improvement, consistently done.

You embrace differences and treat everyone with respect.

You make sensible choices and value long-term decision making.

You follow through on your commitments, time after time.

Work Ethic

You are always up for a challenge and proactive in your approach.

You take time to help colleagues and make everyone around you better.

Your opportunity

While every JAM System Admin has core responsibilities, what
you do outside those responsibilities is equally important, so we give
you plenty of room to learn, grow and explore.

  • Take ownership of projects to implement new, or improved services
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues

Freedom to do more

  • 3-7 years’ working experience in IT
