Your opportunity

While every JAM Junior Helpdesk Analyst has core responsibilities, what
you do outside those responsibilities is equally important, so we give
you plenty of room to learn, grow and explore.

Core responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support
  • Maintain and improve our network and server
  • Install and update end-user devices

Get outside your comfort zone and try something new – from managing an account to planning charitable events to something we haven’t even thought of.

Education and requirements

  • 3-year degree in Computer Science
  • 0–2 years’ working experience
  • Experience with Apple devices and MacOS 10, and Windows 7, 10, Server 2012R2
  • Understanding of a domain and its services (AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, etc.), Cloud-based services and applications (O365, AWS, Adobe CC, etc.),
  • Understanding of file servers and folder permissions, server virtualisation, storage and backups and networking and network security
